Dental Insurance
At Greenhaven Family Dental, located in Baxter, we work with most dental insurance plans offered by employers in our area. If you have dental insurance to help with the cost of your dental care we will work with you to obtain the maximum use of your benefits. Our clinic will process your claim for you upon receipt of your co-payment. 

Greenhaven Family Dental Clinic is a preferred provider (PPO) or Premier Provider for many insurance plans, including: Health Partners, Delta Dental, Dental Services of North Dakota, Denticare, and The Premier Group of Insurance Companies which includes Aetna, Humana, Guardian, Assurant, Principal, United Health Care, and several other plans.  In addition the the plans listed above, we accept many additionaI plans such as Met Life, Premera, Pacific Source,  and Cigna.  Greenhaven Family Dental Clinic also accepts most Tricare Plans.  If you have questions concerning your insurance or coverage, please contact our office at (218)454-0523 and we will be happy to assist you in better understanding your coverage and benefits.

We are happy to assist you with your dental insurance claim filing as a courtesy and service to you, our patients.  We will complete all forms pertaining to your insurance where possible and send them promptly to your insurance carrier.

Dental Financing
We work with Care Credit for dental financing. They offer several extended payment plans, with low interest or with no interest payment options. The short credit application may be completed online or in our office, and you will have a decision in minutes.
