At Greenhaven Family Dental, we know how busy life is for our patients, and we make every effort to accommodate your busy schedule. We do not double book appointment times. Scheduled appointments are time devoted to your individual care with the Doctor and other team members.
To ensure we keep our schedule running on time, and to get patients in and out on time, our expectation is for patients to arrive on time and keep their scheduled appointments. Please, only make appointments that you will be able to keep. Last minute and late changes create delays in treatment, and increase the cost of providing care to all patients. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, or are delayed, please call our office as soon as possible.
